Community Living Brant offers individualized community supports for people who live in their own home or with their families.

Early ON-Child & Family Services

EarlyON centres offer free programs in Brantford and Brant County for caregivers and children from birth to 6 years old.

Group Living

Group Living provides support to a small group of people in an agency owned or rented home within Brantford and Brant County.

Lifeshare

Through LifeShare, Ontario families and citizens (home providers) can offer a safe and nurturing environment for adults with developmental disabilities (home sharers).

Passport Individualized Funding

Community Living Brant offers a broad range of services that are person focused, as well as a large qualified team of staff ready to support you and your family with your Passport Funding.

Pathways

Staff are dedicated to supporting individuals in the Brantford community who are unhoused, precariously housed, or at risk of losing their housing.
