Our Officers

Lonnie was born and raised in Brantford. He brings experience as a financial planner currently with over 15 years in the finance industry.

He previously served for five years as a Board member and Vice-Chair for Habitat for Humanity Brant Norfolk.

Marylou brings a family perspective to the Board with a daughter receiving services. She is a retired teacher from the Grand Erie District School Board. She is a past Director on the Board holding positions as President and Past-President. She looks forward to continue her support for the agency’s mission and to help guide us through the sector’s “Journey to Belonging” transformation.

Tricia brings a family perspective to the Board. She is a recruiter with experience as a corporate recruiter for a multi-national company. She brings experience from being a volunteer and a Board member of Extend-A-Family in Toronto. She was also a mentor with the Toronto Regional Immigrant Employment Council.

Our Directors

Greg is the parent of daughter who receives support at Community Living Brant. He is also a past Board Director of Community Living Brant and also served on the Board for Habitat for Humanity Brant Norfolk. Greg is retired from the construction industry, but still performs short contract work performing large industrial construction estimates. He is interested in serving in areas that benefit disadvantaged persons.

Stefennie lives in Brantford and has received services from Community Living Brant for several years. She is a strong advocate for women’s issues. She has been a participant in CLBrant’s focus groups and self-advocate work. She loves to write, and her writings advocate that people matter.

Tim is a MV Services Consultant with Rockwell Automation Inc. He is a Certified Technologist by OACETT with 35 years’ experience of electrical design, control and project management. He also brings a family perspective to the Board.

Duncan brings experience as a professional in insurance, risk management, strategic planning, fundraising, finance and law. He is currently a Client Executive with a risk management, insurance brokerage and benefits consulting firm. He holds volunteer involvement with Brant Waterways Foundation, Brant Cycling Club and various volunteer positions with the Chamber of Commerce.

Jim brings a family perspective to the Board. He held a career in aviation as a mechanic and also a pilot, which took him and his family around the world, and he has resided in Brantford for the past 20 years. He is now retired and has been hands on active with his son and grandson in seeking the best help for them to function in life and school. He further educates himself by attending seminars and conferences on the intricacies of FASD and autism.

Matthew has worked in the mental health field for the past fifteen years, predominately working with adolescents. Working in this field has allowed him the opportunity to see people grow and achieve many accomplishments. Brantford has been his home for the past twenty-six years and he looks forward to being able to give back to the community.
